Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need invoice or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can amend any issues that have arose.

 

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 

 

 

 

Refund and Exchange Process:

  • Email [email protected] describing the reason for returning your item(s), your order number and ensuring to list the item(s) you are returning.
  • Once we have received your request for a refund/exchange we will send you on a downloadable refund form along with the return address.  
  • Please print, fill out and return this with the item you are requesting a refund/exchange on.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or the requested item will be sent out.
  • If a refund has been requested please allow 5 working days after we have processed the refund for the money to arrive in your account.
  • If an exchange has been requested, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have to be processed as a refund.
